A winter pause to reconnect with yourself
From Friday, January 9 at 5 p.m. to Sunday, January 11 at 3 p.m., Karolina, Tchin and I invite you to join us for a unique mountain retreat: ÉCHO, a meeting point between yoga, sound, and nature — to welcome the new year with calm and clarity.
Winter is the season of inner return, listening, and rest. It invites us to slow down and feel what truly resonates within. Through yoga, sound journeys, and nourishing plant-based meals, this retreat offers a space to unwind, release the tensions of the past year, and open a new inner chapter.
Why “ÉCHO”?
Because in the mountains, every breath carries, every vibration finds an echo.
This retreat explores that resonance — of the body, the breath, and sound. Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and sound healing, you’ll discover how sound acts as an inner mirror, amplifying sensations, calming the mind, and harmonizing the emotions.
A sensory retreat designed as a full experience
Yoga & Movement
Our yoga sessions flow between energizing and nurturing practices depending on the time of day:
-
Gentle Vinyasa to awaken inner warmth and vitality
-
Yin Yoga to restore, relax, and deeply release
-
Pranayama & seasonal breathing techniques adapted to winter’s rhythm
-
Guided meditations to set your New Year’s intentions
Sound Journeys & Tibetan Bowls
Led by Tchin, the sound sessions are true vibrational immersions. Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, and intuitive instruments invite total surrender. The vibrations balance the nervous system, harmonize energy flow, and promote deep physical and emotional regeneration.
Plant-based Cuisine
Karolina, passionate about living nutrition, creates meals that are wholesome, comforting, and full of flavor — crafted with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients to nourish both body and soul.

A retreat to begin the year differently
ÉCHO is an invitation to slow down before starting anew —
to let what feels right truly resonate before taking action.
It’s an experience that weaves together the depth of yoga,
the power of sound, and the beauty of silence.
A time to come back to yourself,
to ground, to listen, to vibrate —
and to let the mountain respond.
